1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work (language, consent, chosen world). Others, such as measurement pixels, we only set if they are actually loaded — that is not the case at present.

2. Who sets them?^[VERIFY]

The cookies below come from raven-zaventem.be (first-party). We do not load Google Analytics or third-party marketing pixels unless they have been explicitly enabled.

3. Categories this site uses

• Functional (always on): needed for the site to work.
  • raven_web_consent — remembers your cookie choice (functional on; analytics and marketing off by default until you turn them on).
  • raven_world — remembers whether you last chose Solutions, Experience or Community.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the site language.
• Analytics: off. No measurement script runs unless analytics is activated. If that ever happens, the planned provider is Plausible (without Google Analytics), and only after your consent in the cookie banner.
• Marketing: off. We do not set marketing cookies.
• Account: public accounts are off. No login cookies are set while that function is inactive.

4. Third parties

Videos can load after a click via YouTube (youtube-nocookie). That is not a cookie of ours; what YouTube then sets falls under their policy. Booking widgets or other embeds only appear if they have actually been configured.

5. Managing and deleting

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Refusing functional cookies again can reset the language preference or world choice. The cookie banner on this site stores your choice in raven_web_consent.

6. Changes

If we add cookies or measurement tools, we will update this page. Until the legal review is complete, the provisional banner remains in place.

8. Waarom we gegevens gebruiken

We gebruiken wat je stuurt om je vraag of aanvraag te behandelen, je een bevestiging te sturen, de site te laten werken (taal, toestemming, ingang) en — bij chat — een antwoord te geven. Waar Mijn RAVEN wordt aangeboden, gebruiken we accountgegevens om je in te loggen en je gekoppelde aanvragen, cadeaubonnen of documenten te tonen — alleen wat daarvoor nodig is.

9. Wie de gegevens verwerkt

RAVEN verwerkt de gegevens zelf. Aanvragen gaan per e-mail naar info@raven-zaventem.be. Chat draait op onze eigen chatservice. YouTube laadt alleen na een klik op een video.

10. Bewaring

Van een geslaagde formulierinzending houden we een korte logregel bij (tijdstip, soort, naam, onderwerp), zonder e-mailadres of berichttekst. De volledige aanvraag staat in de e-mail naar RAVEN. Chatvragen staan in een logboek zonder IP-adres, naam of e-mailadres. Een verjaardagsaanvraag via de planner kan ook in onze database staan. Gekoppelde Mijn RAVEN-gegevens staan in onze database zolang ze bij je login of een bestaande aanvraag horen. Netwerkadressen voor de verzendlimiet blijven tot één minuut in het werkgeheugen. Concrete termijnen zetten we hier niet.

11. Jouw rechten^[VERIFY]

Je kunt ons vragen welke gegevens we van je hebben, ze te laten verbeteren of te laten wissen. Mail daarvoor naar info@raven-zaventem.be of bel +32 2 615 14 88 (kantoor) of +32 496 93 17 93 (mobiel / WhatsApp). Een automatische verwijderknop in Mijn RAVEN is er niet; we behandelen het verzoek via dit contact.
