RAVEN operates by reservation and according to availability. There is no walk-in policy that guarantees you can start at any moment. For a specific date and time, it is best to check the current availability.

That is possible, but public holidays may have a different schedule or pricing structure. Please enquire about the desired date in advance.

Yes, booking is strongly recommended and is necessary for many activities. Without a confirmed reservation we cannot guarantee availability.

Via the booking and quotation forms on the RAVEN website, or by contacting RAVEN. For companies and custom work, a quotation request can be submitted.

No. A request is only final once RAVEN has accepted and confirmed it.

Yes. Especially for groups, birthdays and corporate events, different activities can be combined in a single programme.

For regular sessions, access is provided approximately 10 minutes before the start. For children's birthday parties, you are asked to be present approximately 15 minutes before the start.

Regular VR costs €35 p.p. for 1 hour, €55 p.p. for 2 hours and €80 p.p. for 3 hours. Group, birthday and corporate rates may differ from this.

Jungle Dice and Rise of the Three-Eyed Raven start from €30 p.p. Dusk of Ra starts from €35 p.p.; for the 90-minute formula that is €45 p.p. For Jungle Dice, the price per person decreases as the group gets larger. The price at the time of booking is binding.

Birthday Budget costs €30 per person for 1 hour of VR (minimum 8, maximum 24 participants). Birthday Quest costs €40 per person for 1.5 hours of VR (minimum 6, maximum 24). VR, soft drinks for the players and supervision are included. Big Bash costs €55 per person for 90 min VR, 60 min bar and 60 min LAN party. Extras such as pizza, karaoke or a VR escape room have their own rate.

VR experiences and games are possible from the age of 8.

2–4 players per team. That applies to Escape The Lost Pyramid, Beyond Medusa's Gate and Prince of Persia: The Dagger of Time. Multiple teams can play at the same time. Under optimal conditions, a maximum of 7 groups × 4 players = 28 players at once.

The minimum age for VR escape rooms is 10.

Karaoke is reserved by the hour. You pay for the number of hours the room is blocked for your group, not for the time you actually spend singing. A booked hour that you do not use in full is not refunded or credited.

In principle yes, with eight available simulators, depending on the operational configuration and software.

Sim racing is available from the age of 16. Additional conditions will be announced shortly.

From the age of 10 with an adult in the room. Without adult supervision, children can take part from the age of 12.

Yes. RAVEN has special birthday packages with VR, supervision and optional extras.

The birthday packages are intended for ages 8 to 18. A VR escape room as an extra is from the age of 10.

Yes. Pizza costs €15 per pizza as an extra.

Yes. Many activities are particularly well suited to small groups. The minimum size differs per escape room or package.

RAVEN hosts both small visits and large group and corporate events. Programmes are possible for groups of up to 250 people, depending on the combination of activities and rotations.

There are four packages: Budget €20, Premium €30, Deluxe €60 and Elite €100 per participant.

Yes, for corporate events, private hire and custom work, different start and end times can be discussed. This is always on request.

Yes. There are approximately 100 parking spaces around the RAVEN building.

Yes, groups with a bus or coach can visit. For large vehicles it is advisable to agree the drop-off and any waiting area with RAVEN in advance.

Yes. RAVEN is in the airport and Zaventem area. Because train and bus connections can change, it is best to use the current NMBS/De Lijn journey planner for the travel date.

Zaventem station is a logical train connection for the location. From there you can continue by local transport, taxi or another current connection.

RAVEN is an indoor experience centre in Zaventem where technology, entertainment and events come together. You will find, among other things, virtual reality, physical escape rooms, VR escape rooms, karaoke, sim racing and interactive experiences. RAVEN welcomes individuals as well as birthday groups, schools, companies and larger events.
